KP15064SPA is a high-performance, low-cost offline PWM power switch IC designed for low-power AC-DC applications. It integrates a 700V high-voltage MOSFET, high-voltage startup circuit, and freewheeling diode, reducing external components and simplifying power supply design.
The device uses multi-mode PWM control technology instead of a fixed-frequency clock, allowing the switching frequency and peak current to adjust according to load conditions. This improves standby power performance, line/load regulation, and eliminates audible noise during operation.
KP15064SPA supports Buck and Buck-Boost topologies and provides integrated protection functions including over-load protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, output over-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown. It is suitable for compact low-power offline power supply designs.
