KP1220SP is a highly integrated TRIAC dimmable Buck-Boost Active PFC LED driver IC designed for offline LED lighting applications. It operates in quasi-resonant mode with active power factor correction technology to achieve high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency.
The device integrates a 500V high-voltage MOSFET, high-voltage startup circuit, and supply circuit, reducing external components and simplifying LED driver design. It provides accurate constant-current output using high-precision current sensing and line voltage compensation technology.
KP1220SP also supports SCR/TRIAC dimming, making it suitable for dimmable LED bulbs and lighting products requiring smooth brightness control. It includes complete protection features such as LED open/short protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and output over-voltage protection.
