KP107ALSP is a highly integrated non-isolated buck-type quasi-resonant LED power switch IC designed for offline LED lighting applications. It integrates a 500V high-voltage MOSFET and high-voltage self-supply circuit, reducing external components and simplifying LED driver design.
The device uses Quasi-Resonant Buck (QR-Buck) constant current control technology to achieve high efficiency and stable LED current output without requiring an auxiliary winding. It provides accurate current regulation with excellent line/load performance and includes multiple protection functions such as LED open protection, LED short protection, over-current protection, and thermal protection.
KP107ALSP is suitable for compact high-power LED lighting applications where a low-cost, non-isolated constant-current LED driver solution is required.
