KP1074LSPA is a highly integrated non-isolated buck-type quasi-resonant LED power switch IC designed for offline LED lighting applications. It integrates a 500V high-voltage MOSFET and a high-voltage self-supply circuit, reducing external component requirements and simplifying LED driver design.
The device operates in quasi-resonant buck topology and provides accurate constant-current control for LED loads. It supports reliable operation with built-in protection functions including LED open-circuit protection, LED short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and voltage protection.
