It operates in quasi-resonant mode and integrates a 500V high-voltage MOSFET with a high-voltage self-supply circuit, eliminating the need for an auxiliary winding. The device provides high constant-current accuracy, excellent line and load regulation, and comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable operation while reducing overall system cost.
